Welcome to GenegicOps. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, software, and cloud auditing services provided by **Genegic Services Private Limited** ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By registering an account, connecting AWS credentials, or using our scan services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you possess authority to bind such entity.
GenegicOps requires access to metadata inside your cloud environment to detect configuration drifts. You agree to provide read-only credentials (such as SecurityAudit IAM roles) unless you explicitly configure write-back roles for auto-remediation features. You represent that you own or possess authorization for any AWS accounts connected to GenegicOps.
Our software compiles remediation scripts to align live configurations with state targets. These scripts are provided for review purposes. Genegic Services Private Limited does not take responsibility for pipeline breakage, system downtime, resource deletion, or security breaches resulting from executing suggested scripts or configuring autonomic remediation rules.
Fees for paid plans (Starter, Scale, Growth) are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscription quotas are calculated based on connected AWS account sizes. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial periods.
